This products are known by many marketing names but are known
in the industry as low doc loans.
They are normally .5 – 1% higher then the banks normal
variable rate loans. Setup costs should be the same as normal
bank variable loans. However most will reduce every year by
a certain percentage, if your conduct is good, and in 2-3
years you will be paying normal bank variable rates.
